As a mental health therapist, I enjoy working with individuals struggling with a range of mental health issues, some of which include: depression/anxiety, body image, life transitions, stress management, and issues relevant to LGBTQIA.
My therapeutic approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and empowerment-focused. I value your uniqueness and will tailor my approach based on your needs. I believe a trusting relationship with an open and compassionate therapist is essential for developing self-awareness, promoting change, and reaching goals.
