Scheduling that first therapy session can be the hardest part. Getting started is half the battle. Perhaps you’ve struggled with therapy in the past or, maybe it’s your first time, and you’re nervous or anxious about what to expect. I’m here to help you navigate through those feelings and help turn the therapeutic process into one that you’ll enjoy. I believe that each client is unique and enter each session with an open-mind and willingness to meet you where you’re at. I believe that you’re the expert when it comes to your own life experiences and am here to provide the strategies and tools you need to help you help yourself.
My clinical experience includes treatment of anxiety, depression, life transitions, stress management, relationship issues, work/life balance, and other life areas. As a therapist, I have worked in residential and private practice settings and helped individuals and couples develop knowledge and skills to feel better about their abilities to handle difficult situations.
