Admitting you may need support and then having to find a therapist can be challenging but is worth the hard work. I am so proud that you are taking steps to find the person to fit your individual needs. I am a huge believer in creating a nonjudgmental space, while focusing on genuine connection. This is your space, and I am here to help guide you through whatever you need, and support your life decisions. I'm here for the big and the small moments, as you learn how to connect with yourself with compassion.
I use an integrative approach in therapy. I have a primary focus on Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), while using various models such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Relational-Cultural Theory (RCT) and somatic experience. I use this approach as we are all unique individuals with our own life experiences. My main areas of focus are personality disorders, addiction, depression, anxiety, and life transitions. When I'm not in session, you can find me fostering kittens, running, or desperately trying to keep my balcony garden alive. I'm looking forward to learning more about you and seeing the connections we can make together! |
