"Courage starts with showing up and letting ourselves be seen." - Brene Brown
Life will always present challenges, and sometimes we need a helping hand. I believe in every individual's inherent worth and potential, and I strive to create a safe, inclusive, and nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences without fear of criticism. I approach therapy with a holistic perspective, recognizing the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit while supporting you on your unique journey toward mental wellness. With an integrative approach utilizing a person-centered lens and elements of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), I prioritize building a strong therapeutic relationship based on trust and collaboration while emphasizing empathy and authenticity. I aim to understand your unique perspectives and experiences. Together, we will work toward your self-defined goals, fostering awareness, acceptance, and personal growth. I specialize in working with adults who have experienced trauma, anxiety, depression, complex family dynamics, and life transitions. I received my Bachelors in Psychology at Redlands University and am currently pursuing my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Adler University. Beyond the counseling environment, I enjoy making jewelry, watching horror movies, and spending time with my Pug, Lulu, and my cats, Rocky and Leo. |
