I believe therapy is grounded in patience, encouragement, and a nonjudgmental relationship that develops over time. It is a space where genuine human contact can foster understanding, growth, and the freedom to approach ourselves with greater compassion.
My approach is collaborative and guided by who you are. Rather than following a predetermined path, our work unfolds through an ongoing dialogue shaped by your experiences, values, questions, and hopes. I see therapy as a living process—one that evolves through the relationship we build together. At different points in life, we all become stuck. Relationships, family, work, loss, beliefs, and the ways we think and feel can gradually narrow our sense of possibility. We often develop ways of protecting ourselves that once helped us endure, but over time may leave us feeling disconnected from ourselves, from others, or from the life we want to live. My hope is to offer a space where those patterns can be explored with curiosity rather than judgment. Together, we can gently loosen what has become fixed, discover new ways of relating to your experiences, and move toward a life that feels more open, connected, and authentic. |
