“The challenge is not to be perfect, it is to be whole” - Jane Fonda.
So let’s sit down and honor the parts of you that have been stuck in the dark for far too long. Allow me to meet you where you’re at and help untangle your narrative in a safe, creative, and non-judgmental space. My approach to therapy is integrative, incorporating Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, and creative therapies. The experience will be customized and collaborative. It's okay to not be okay, but why do it alone? As a cisgender queer therapist, I practice anti-racism and create a space that is inclusive to all backgrounds and lived experiences. Let’s identify, accept, and release you from a life haunted by trauma, anxiety and depression, guilt and shame, ambiguous grief, addiction and Adult Children of Alcoholics issues, and the quarter-life crisis. A sense of humor is always welcome. In my free time, I love watching historical dramas and comparing fact to fiction. I dig nature bathing and a good swim. When I’m not playing board games you can find me in the park with my panda pugs, Oscar and Queenie. "Be yourself there is no one better" - T. Swift |
