Our lives are full of highs and lows, and therapy is a place we can go to find an ally in processing our thoughts, uncovering our motivations, and aligning our values with our actions. I want to be that ally for you, helping you reconnect with the wisdom and self-understanding that you have always had inside you. Let’s work together to understand you better, deepen your self-compassion, and put you firmly in the driver’s seat of your own life, where you can enjoy all of life’s highs and work through life’s lows with intention and purpose.
My therapeutic approach combines an existential therapy outlook with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) interventions and mindfulness practices to help you increase your self awareness, tackle your anxieties, and write your own meaning in life. I believe in therapy being an accepting, nonjudgmental space that is safe for you to be your authentic self in every aspect, and I hope to work with you so that we can tailor your sessions to deliver exactly the support you need on your journey right now. I received a Bachelor’s degree in journalism from Columbia College Chicago and am currently completing my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Roosevelt University. I’m a pop culture enthusiast, a Chicago sports die-hard, and a devoted moviegoer who also enjoys a run along Lake Michigan and other time spent in nature. |
